In Singapore, a company can file issued capital amount and with capital not paid yet. So just file paid amount as zero. The Bizfile will show issued share capital an amount and paid share capital as zero (nil) amount.

When share capital is paid up, file the return on amount paid.

It is mentioned in Singapore Companies Act S 63.
